Update On Jean's Condition by honeybugg3 on Blogster

Good Afternoon, Blog Pals:

Talked to my friend Jean the other night and she's sounding quite well...almost like her old self. The surgery went as expected and she's home now. No word yet on any test results so that's good news, I guess. If it were something really they would have told her right away, one would think. Anyhoo, she sounded chipper and was lambasting Dubya during his State of the Union adress. To put it delicately, she does not agree with the President or his policies (read: she thinks he's as big a moron as I do). It was good to hear her laughing again. Thanks to all of you for your thoughts, prayers and good wishes. I passed them along to her and I know they were a tremendous help. from Jean, her family and me (I wish we still had the "heart" emoticon but y'all get my meaning)

tanks, Martha. you are so right. especially her. If anything happened to her, I don't know what I'd do. and she is one of a very few people that I can say that about.
